At the beginnin of using DeLorme Earthmate PN-40 Handheld GPS, i'm a little worried. it was saied that the topo7 is something hard to learn. now, it is something happen 2 weeks ago that i bought this GPSr, what i can tell you is i really really appreciate DeLorme GPSr, i'm truely one happy customer.

without user manual, i can easily download and install aerial imagery, find geocaches, create maps with waypoints, markers, property lines, routes now.

there is the huge library of satellite imagery and aerial photos and more available for download, this make me very happy. it just really is something like having google earth on a hand-held gps. If you're going on a hiking trip and you want to have arial photography available for the place your walking to, you just download it and copy it to the pn-40. You can have a variety of map types loaded onto the gps and select which one you want to look at as you go

i have to say If you're looking for a handheld GPSr unit for off-road use, you won't find a better, more cost-effective product. i have recommand many friends to get one DeLorme Earthmate PN-40 Handheld GPS here with discount 35%. i really hope they can enjoy it as me.
