Cuisinart SM-55 5-1/2-Quart Stand Mixers is really my favorite
Six months ago,i bought one Cuisinart SM-55 5-1/2-Quart Stand Mixers from Amazon with 53% discount,which cost me only $260. i have to say it is really much cheaper than buy it from cuisinart official site.
Actually i was fan of KitchenAid. my KitchenAid was broken 7 months ago. i had to buy new one. it look like the positive review from Cuisinart become more and more, meanwhile, more client of KitchenAid is compliant about the quality and customer service.
So, maybe i should change my way to use mixer, i thought. after some research on the web, Cuisinart SM-55 5-1/2-Quart Stand Mixers become my alternative. by comparation on ebay, amazon, and some other planform, the price at amazon is really the chipest one, and ship free. buying from here, with 53%, this Cuisinart SM-55 5-1/2-Quart Stand Mixers come to my home.
from the beginning, i feel nervous to use Cuisinart SM-55 5-1/2-Quart Stand Mixers, because it is not as heavy as KitchenAid Mixer, it is much lighter. After several month usage, i take the mixer to make two loaves of heavy, whole-grain bread, have made many batches of cookies and several cakes and I'm very happy to say Cuisinart SM-55 5-1/2-Quart Stand Mixers is a GREAT mixer.
the big surprise to me is that it just never jitter at all, especially when I'm making knead bread. according my own experience, KitchenAid well bring much jitter during making knead bread, so i have to hold it to complete the mixer. with KitchenAid i have to take spatula scrape down the sides of the bowl , but Cuisinart is really much better. Ingredients are more thoroughly mixed in the over sized bowl.
The timer is also my favourite feature. i don't ever have to stand by to wait for the mixer finished. if it is before, i have to wait in case the mixer will jitter its way to the floor. while the mixer is kneading there, i can do something else. this really save a lot time, and make me feel much happier. frankly, i feel stupid if i have to stand by there, and do nothing just wait its finish...
from my own experience this mixer can do everything my old KitchenAid do, even much more much better. I feel happy by taking Cuisinart and have recommended it highly to several friends from buying from here with discount 53% and ship free.
